Koreans are taking over

The title needs no explanation.

We've seen a lot of filipinos get on the Korean bandwagon, change their music playlist with Kpop, dress in Korean Fashion and even speak the language for some.

Yes, Koreans are taking over, but it's actually just not here in the Philippines!

Around the middle of last year, there was a buzz about MTV doing

a Korean version of Jersey Shore and sources say filming has started.

We wonder if people will get hooked?

Guess when they said Asians will make more of an impression worldwide this year is coming true?

Special shoutout to Maria Aragon who'll be in Ellen to perform Born This Way!

She was invited by Lady Gaga herself to perform a duet with her.

Behind the Scenes

During Events, it's a given, and I think a lot do know, that it gets crazy.

But in Fashion, it's extra crazy.

People are going everywhere, you can see girls in 3 - 5 inch kitten heels running, A lot of bumping into each other and getting on each others' nerves, people out of their wits trying to make sure everything is ready before a show starts.

Although as hostile as that may sound, there are some good things going on too.

Some perks actually come with being one of the backstage staff

to compensate for the craziness I guess? Haha.

Sports Illustrated shoots in Philippines

Sports Illustrated Magazine has been one of the most celebrated magazines not just in the US but in the world.

Its swimsuit issue, which has been published since 1964, is now an annual publishing event that generates its own television shows, videos and calendars.

The Swimsuit Issue features fashion models in the most beautiful and exotic places in the world.

Imagine our delight when we heard they had their shoot here!

It's the first time they've been here and they have nothing but praises to say.

"THE" wedding reception

Every year, tons of couples get married and one of the hardest to decide for couples

is choosing the right reception venue.

It's not easy to find the perfect place where you can start sharing your lives together, and with each other's families.

There can be a lot of different factors, regardless of the budget.

We've probably seen parties , mostly children's, held at McDonalds.

We're pretty sure people have done weddings there, more than we can count

Or leave it as it is? Hmm..

Nevertheless, having a special place to share with all your loved ones in the most intimate occasion for a couple is all that matters.

Summer's back

Fabric: Erzullie at S Lounge Makati

Last, February 4, 2011, Erzullie had their first fashion show by being presented by Fabric Philippines at the Society Lounge Makati.

Erzullie is a proud member of Code-Limited.com.They are the first and only plus size line to be part of this prestigious fashion group. The owner of the brand is Berna Cuevas and Raisa "Aries" De Guzman.

The event was highly important for the brand for Erzullie is the first plus size fashion line to be presented by Fabric Philippines --- the launchpad for the upcoming designer stars of the Philippine fashion arena.

The show presented edgy designs from from their Holiday 2010 collection and Resort 2011. There were six (6) professional models shown in the vent. They were Jaye Querubin, Vannie Alariao, Aisheryl Artates, Pao Deleoz, Katrina Catapia and Laudale Zabala. Berna also joined the runway as the seventh model. Some of the hair and make up was provided by Acie De Guzman and Ms. Jopy.

VIP's that attended the event were Joan Earnshaw (model), Emily Opida (designer), Yeoh Edwards (professional stylist), Daphne Calilap (FBTL Manila), Bernulf Babang , Michelle Luciano ( both from New Order), Tinee Cruz and Jhino Navarro (both from Manila Street Style).

Erzullie would like to thank Ms. Cacay Moras and DJ Jermaine Brown for making the event possible and Mr. Patrice Freuslon for the venue.

What Valentine means

Have you found the perfect gift yet?

Valentines might just be a week away but it's not too late!

Making someone feel special may require a lot of effort from someone,

and the effort is mostly noticed more than the gift..

So no mater how simple it may be, just think it over and make sure it's how you give it and how you make of it that makes it and the day special.
